Duties, taxes, and import fees
International shipments are typically sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Local duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.
Refusal to pay duties may result in the package being returned or abandoned. Original shipping fees and any return costs are non‑refundable.

Tracking and updates
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to display movement after label creation.

Address changes and order edits
To request a change, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the corrected address.
We cannot modify orders once they’ve been packed or shipped.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re‑shipment fees may apply.
PO boxes, APO/FPO & restricted addresses
PO boxes: Available for USPS services only.
APO/FPO/DPO: We ship via USPS where eligible. Transit can take longer due to military handling.
We do not ship to freight forwarders if flagged by our fraud checks.
Split shipments
To deliver your items as quickly as possible, we may ship multi‑item orders in separate packages at no extra cost. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel.
Delayed, lost or stolen parcels
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your parcel, please check with household members, neighbors, or your building manager.
Contact the carrier to open a trace. If you still need help, email [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Packages marked “delivered” are not covered for replacement or refund if stolen after delivery unless a signature service was purchased.
