How do I qualify for free shipping?

Orders shipping to the USA with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more (after discounts, before taxes) qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Can I pick up in store?

At this time we do not offer local pickup.

What if my tracking hasn’t updated?

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after label creation. If there’s no movement for 3 business days, contact the carrier or our support team.
