Overview

We want you to love your Casablanca pieces. If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within the time frames below. All items must be in original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and packaging attached.

Return window

  • Refund to original payment: within 30 days of delivery
  • Exchange or store credit: within 45 days of delivery

Condition of items

  • No signs of wear, wash, tailoring, or odors
  • All original tags, buttons, accessories, and packaging included
  • Shoes tried on indoors only; boxes must be intact

Non‑returnable items

  • Final sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Underwear, swimwear with removed hygiene liner, socks (opened)
  • Face coverings, fragrances/beauty once unsealed
  • Customized/monogrammed items, gift cards

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Locate your order number (e.g., CCSA-123456) and the email used at checkout.
  2. Submit the form below or email [email protected] with your request.
  3. We’ll issue an RMA and return instructions. US customers receive a prepaid label for eligible returns.

Exchanges

  • US exchanges for size/color are complimentary on first exchange for an item.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund per your preference.
  • Price differences: we’ll charge or refund the difference where applicable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is delivered and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • Refunds to original payment typically post within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.
  • Original shipping fees and duties/taxes are non‑refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective.

Return shipping & fees

  • US returns: prepaid label available. A flat $8.95 return shipping fee may be deducted from refunds. Fee waived for exchanges or defective items.
  • US orders $200+ may receive complimentary return shipping when returned for exchange or store credit.
  • International returns: customers are responsible for return shipping and any import/export fees. Mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties.

Price adjustments

One-time price adjustment may be honored within 7 days of your order if the identical item (same color/size) is marked down. Excludes limited drops, final sale, and promotional events.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the item, inner tags, and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or issue a prepaid return and full refund.

Gifts

Gift returns are eligible for exchange or store credit to the recipient upon verification. Refunds to original payment are available to the purchaser only.

Final sale

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Bundles discounted at 40%+ may be final sale and are indicated on the product page at checkout.

Order changes & cancellations

  • We can attempt to modify or cancel orders within 1 hour of placement during business hours. Contact support promptly.
  • Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Return review

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or show excessive wear, and to limit service in cases of excessive return patterns or suspected abuse.

How long do I have to send my return after receiving the label?
Please dispatch your parcel within 7 days of receiving your label to keep it valid.
Can I return worn items?
Items must be new and unworn with all tags attached. We cannot accept used, washed, or altered items.
Can I drop off my return in person?
At this time, we do not accept walk‑in returns. Please mail your return using the provided instructions.
When will my exchange ship?
Exchanges ship after we receive and approve your return. If you need it faster, choose a refund and place a new order.
What if my refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from approval, contact your bank/issuer, then reach out to us with your RMA.
